- SMS and WhatsApp messages are charged by the provider at cost and billed separately.
- Annual plans run for 12 months from activation and can be renewed or cancelled before expiry.
- Lifetime covers the feature scope defined in writing at the time of purchase, including hosting, maintenance and standard updates.
Lifetime, defined
A one-time payment is only fair if both sides know what it covers. Before a lifetime purchase is confirmed we put the following in writing:
- The exact feature scope included
- Player, user and academy limits
- Hosting, maintenance and update coverage
- What is charged separately, such as SMS and WhatsApp
Messaging is billed at provider cost on every plan, including lifetime. We do not mark it up.
Pricing questions
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no card is required. It covers a single admin and up to 50 players. You can upgrade whenever you outgrow it.
You get renewal reminders before expiry. If a plan expires, your account moves to a read-only state so nothing is lost, and full access returns as soon as you renew.
Lifetime covers the feature scope confirmed in writing when you buy, along with hosting, maintenance and standard updates. Messaging charges and any separately priced modules are not included.
Pick a paid plan and choose the trial instead of paying. You get the full plan for the trial period with no card and no charge. Pay any time before it ends and nothing is interrupted. If the trial ends unpaid, your account goes read-only for a few days — your data stays safe and returns the moment you pay.
No. We do not ask for card details to start a trial and we cannot charge you during one. You pay only when you decide to continue.
Yes. You can upgrade from the customer portal at any time and the new plan applies immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. CrickPay never stores your card number or CVV, and a subscription is only activated after the gateway confirms payment on our server.
Each academy is a separate tenant. Your players, fees and reports are only visible to users you authorise. Access by our team is restricted and logged.
Yes. Send us your current player and fee lists in any spreadsheet format and we will help you import them during onboarding.
CrickPay runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and mobile. Android and iOS apps are on the roadmap.
