Refund and cancellation policy

1. Free plan
The Free plan does not require payment, so no refund applies. You may stop using it or delete your account at any time.
2. Pro and Pro+ (annual plans)

| Cancel after 7 days, partway through the annual term | No refund for the remaining period, but the plan stays active until the paid term ends |
| Annual renewal payment fails or is not made | Account moves to limited Free-tier access; no charge is taken without a successful payment |
| You cancel auto-renewal | You keep access until the end of the current paid term, then the account moves to the Free plan |
3. Lifetime plan
Because the Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for ongoing access rather than a recurring subscription:
- It is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, provided the account has not been used beyond reasonable evaluation (for example, adding more than a small number of test players or processing live payments through it).
- After 14 days, the Lifetime purchase is non-refundable, reflecting that it grants indefinite future access rather than a fixed term.
4. How to cancel
Cancel anytime from your CrickPay customer portal under Billing, or by emailing support@crickpay.net from your registered academy email address. We will confirm cancellation in writing.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay) and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Exceptions
We may make exceptions to the above at our discretion — for example, where a technical fault on our side prevented reasonable use of the platform. Contact us to explain your situation.
